BARRE & BALLET FITNESS
Many of us did ballet as a child. Ballet is graceful and beautiful but also not easy. This class offers a combination of ballet and pilates inspired exercises designed to build a strong core with long and toned muscles. You will learn ballet vocabulary and classic moves and can expect improved posture, balance and core strength after attending this class regularly.

The class is specially adapted for older exercisers and is low impact with no jumping. If you are looking for a gentle but demanding workout where you forget about the daily grind and relax fully into the movement and music, give this workout a try!
