Full Body Workout  is a workout that includes High Intensity Intervals Training (HIIT), free weights, bands and kettlebell exercises designed to build muscle and burn calories. The class is medium impact with low impact alternatives.

On-line classes. You are able to exercise from the comfort of your home. All classes run over Zoom. Please wear trainers for the workout class. If you have some weights (dumbbells) and bands for the Full Body Workout that is great but not essential.
