GOLD

Recommended for:

Body transformation

  1. PT for 12 hours  

  2. Exercise recommendations

  3. Nutritional & diet advice

  4. Training plan to keep

  5. All training in fully equipped gym at a time to suit. 

SILVER

Recommended for:

 Beginners or improvers

​

  1. PT for 8 hours 

  2. Goals: mutually agreed

  3. Training plan to keep

  4. All training in fully equipped gym at a time to suit. 

BRONZE

Recommended for:

Specific training goals 

​

  1. PT for 6 hours 

  2. Goals mutually agreed

  3. Training plan to keep

  4. All training in fully equipped gym at a time to suit. 

TASTER

Introduction to personal training

Cost £20 

  1. PT for 1/2 hour 

  2. Subsequent personal training sessions are charged at the regular rate of £40 per hour.
