  1. The right intensity, and frequency is important for getting the most benefit with the least risk of injury.

  2. Working with an experienced personal trainer will help you reach your goals safely and more quickly. 

HOW lONG FOR?

​

NHS guidelines call for:

  1. Moderate aerobic activity (cycling or brisk walking) for 150 minutes per week &

  2. Full body strength exercises on 2 or more days a week.
