WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR FIRST CLASS?

Fitness Classes are 60 minutes and structured as follows: 

​

  • 5 minute warm up

  • 3-5 minute dynamic stretching

  • 40 minutes of workout  (HIIT, kettlebell workout, boxing, bands and body weight exercises). 

  • Most classes combine 2 or 3 elements.

  • No two workouts are the same - you won't get bored. 

  • The workout will work your entire body, focussing on building strength, agility and body control.

  • 10 minute cool down and stretches 

  • The classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. 

  • Your first class is free so why not give it a go?
