WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR FIRST CLASS?
Fitness Classes are 60 minutes and structured as follows:

5 minute warm up
-
3-5 minute dynamic stretching
-
40 minutes of workout (HIIT, kettlebell workout, boxing, bands and body weight exercises).
-
Most classes combine 2 or 3 elements.
-
No two workouts are the same - you won't get bored.
-
The workout will work your entire body, focussing on building strength, agility and body control.
-
10 minute cool down and stretches
-
The classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.
