Our Senior Group Exercise program is specifically designed with low impact exercises that are perfect for seniors who want to stay fit and healthy. Our expert trainer will guide you every step of the way, focusing on strength building, agility, mobility, cardio and endurance. As a certified Fitness Instructor with more than 1000 hours of teaching experience, I understand the importance of staying active as we age. At Fitter Than Ever, we believe that every body deserves to feel strong, healthy, and confident. That's why we've designed a workout program and method that is both challenging and accessible. Our workouts begin with a 10-minute warm up to get your muscles and joints ready for the work ahead. We then move into cardio intervals and whole body exercises, with an emphasis on low impact movements and minimal or no floor work. We incorporate the use of weights and dumbbells,, stretches, mobility, and agility training to help you build strength and endurance. Our workouts always finish with a cool down to help you recover and prepare for your day ahead.

Our Monday classes are held in a modern state of the art fitness studio at the Wycombe Retail Park with easy access and ample parking.  Thursday classes are on-line.

In Person Classes

There’s nothing like the energy of a live, in-person fitness class. My In Person Classes provide just that, along with access to a professional gym studio and all the equipment you need to get your sweat on. To keep you on track and prevent injuries, I'll be right there with you, checking your form and providing guidance every step of the way. Every Monday at 10:30am.
